Conditioning training, also known as body conditioning, is a broad term that refers to a variety of exercises that improve your overall fitness. This style of training is a conditioning format that involves training with a high number of repetitions at low weights. It uses about 50 percent of maximum performance, and does not train with maximum strength.

Important Information

24 Hour Cancelation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session fee.
Exceptions: Emergency situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Same-day rescheduling may be allowed once per month without penalty.

No Show + Late Arrival Policy
If a client fails to show up for a session without prior notification, the full session fee will be charged.
Clients are expected to arrive on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of the client’s arrival time.
If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show, and the full fee will be charged.

Invoice Policy
All sessions for the upcoming month must be paid in full by the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by the 1st of the month, your sessions may be paused until payment is made.
An invoice will be sent to you via email on the 25th of the preceding month, detailing the total amount due for the number of sessions scheduled.
Refunds are generally not provided for unused sessions; however, exceptions may be made in cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances.
